Rules and regulations for participants

 

1- Only one live Santa is permitted in the parade.  He is on the official float.

2- All entries must be suitably decorated with lights (including vehicles towing floats and all other accompanying vehicles)
Note: The parade organizers may reject any entry declared not suitable.  All units must be preceded by a walker carrying the identification number (provided the night of the parade).

3- For security reasons, it is forbidden to throw items in the crowd (no handout of publicity pamphlets or written material will be permitted).

4- An entry, which slows or impedes the progress of the parade, may be directed to withdraw (towing will be available).

5- Instructions from the parade organizers and it’s representatives must be obeyed at all times.

6- All publicity for beer, spirits or cigarettes is forbidden.

7- No registrations will be accepted after the November 20th deadline.

8- All participants must be informed of the rules.

9- Units with horses must have complementary insurance.
