A note from the organizers

Welcome everyone, new comers and past participants. We encourage you to be creative and original in your presentations. We hope this experience will be rewarding for you. Like last year, all units will be judged on the parade route by apre-selected jury.

Entry Rules

1.	Only one live Santa is permitted in the parade. He is on the official float.
2.	All entries must be suitably decorated with lights (including vehicles towing floats and all other accompanying vehicles) Note: The parade organizers may reject any entry declared not suitable. All units must be preceded by a walker carrying the identification number (provided the night of the parade).
3.	For security reasons, it is forbidden to throw items in the crowd (no handout of publicity pamphlets or written material will be permitted).
4.	An entry, which slows or impedes the progress of the parade, may be directed to withdraw (towing will be available).
5.	Instructions from the parade organizers and it’s representatives must be obeyed at all times.
6.	All publicity for beer, spirits or cigarettes is forbidden.
7.	No registrations will be accepted after the November 21st deadline.
8.	All participants must be informed of the rules.

The Gatineau Santa Claus Parade Corporation and sponsors cannot be held responsible for any stolen, broken object or any accident that may occur during the parade and it’s preparation period.
